This sushi chef is handy with a knife and a carrot. His obsession with Star Wars has led him to create some of the greatest vegetable art i think you will ever see. Someone just needed to tell my mum that if she spent a few hours carving a carrot to look like Darth Vader i would have happily eaten all my vegetables every night.
